No technical setup needed — Maple Scribe installs everything it requires.
Download & Install
Open the DMG, run the installer, and follow the on-screen prompts. Once installation is completed, you can find Maple Scribe in your Applications Folder. Simply double click it to open.
Record Your First Visit
Click record, speak naturally with your patient. Maple Scribe transcribes in real time and generates a complete SOAP note in seconds — entirely on your device.
Review & Copy to EMR
Edit the generated note if needed, then copy directly into your EMR. Your data never touches the cloud — ever. Full PIPEDA & PHIPA compliance by design.
Important: Maple Scribe uses AI to assist with clinical documentation. AI-generated SOAP notes may contain errors or omissions. The treating physician is responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all notes.
